How long will it take for my order to arrive?
Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days. Delivery times vary depending on your location, but most orders arrive within 3–5 business days in New Zealand and 7–14 business days in Australia.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes! We currently ship to New Zealand and Australia. Shipping fees and delivery times will be calculated at checkout.
Can I track my order once it's been shipped?
Absolutely. Once your order is on its way, you’ll receive a tracking number via email so you can follow your Slaps poster every step of the way.
What is your returns policy?
We want you and your little ones' to love Slaps! If you’re not completely happy with your order, you can return it within 30 days of receipt for a refund or exchange, as long as the poster and stickers are unused and in their original packaging. To do so, simply connect with us at hello@slapsstickers.com and we'll get it sorted for you.

What age is Slaps suitable for?
Slaps is designed for children aged 3 and up. It helps little hands develop fine motor skills while encouraging creativity and imaginative play — all through a hands-on, screen-free activity.
Are the stickers reusable?
Yes! All Slaps stickers are repositionable so kids can peel, stick, and rearrange as many times as they like. Each poster also comes with hundreds of stickers, so they have the option to use a new sticker too.
Can the finished poster be displayed on the wall?
Absolutely! Once complete, your child’s artwork can be proudly pinned to the wall using the included pins, or alternatively it can be framed. Turning their creative play into wall-worthy art you'll both want to keep.
